Shrek The Halls

While Michael Wilbon is pissing the world off and San Antonio residents try to figure out where to watch the Cowboys Packers game, I’ll be hanging out at home with my son watching Shrek The Halls.

I’m a huge Shrek fan. I liked the first movie so much that I thought it was the best movie to come out that year…animated or not. I don’t think I was alone. The Academy Award for Best Animated Feature was introduced in 2001…the same year Shrek was released. Coincidence? You can’t give an animated picture Best Film, can you?

The best thing about it is there aren’t any voicealikes in it. It’s the original “cast” of characters. It starts at 7:00pm CST.

Lol, we all say down and watched that last night as well. Thought it was pretty good and I was happy to see that they had all of the original cast doing the voices rather than some cheesy remake.

The kids certainly loved it, as well as the one after with How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

Yeah…we went back to back as well (Shrek/Grinch)…and a few more times after. Funny thing is Lil D had the letter “O” for show n tell today. He took Shrek. Ogre. Go figure. Hopefully he listened to us and didn’t push the button that make him talk…and burp.
