Alot of the blame should fall on the U.S. companies that continue to outsource such manufacturers...regardless of the country from which they come. They owned their factory, they used only approved suppliers, and it was their staff that QCed the goods. Yet, as you can see they are blaming the supplier for using unapproved paints.
