Sued for what? Those portable courts come with warnings to not dunk on them! This idiot was just lookin for a Darwin Award.

The odd thing is you can see the hoop shaking quite a bit before the kid dunks. That may have been from a previous dunk or something but it looked odd to me.
Looks like that kid got pretty lucky that he didn’t get his head caught underneath the backboard.
