Five Minutes With — Derrich Rodriguez - 'SBA Refinancing'

At the end of June, the U.S. Small Business Administration loosened its grip on credit a wee bit when it allowed refinancing as part of the 504 program. The move came as part of the federal stimulus effort and also contains very specific rules for potential borrowers, including those who own commercial properties.
