Mississippi Braves Manager Meltdown

June 5th, 2007 - - Filled in: Sports, Videos

Mississippi Braves Manager Phillip Wellman went nuts…bonkers…crazy. Period. Definitely not a “well man”. (Sorry…it was there. I took it.) Well, yesterday he was handed down a 3-game suspension by the Atlanta Braves organization for his antics. And while his actions are totally uncalled for, this video is hilarious! What a moron.

I don’t know Shawn, maybe he did take it too far, but people obviously love it. Yeah most people watch sports for the pure love of the game, but it’s also a form of entertainment; and, acts like this usually cause a little controversy, but usually make the fans love you even more. I know if this guy was the manger for my hometeam, I’d be cheering for him.
