Texas-Sized Leap of…Football

Sam McGuffie of Cypress Fairbanks High School (10-1) leaps over a [almost upright] cornerback en route to a touchdown. According to an article on Dave Campbell’s Texas Football [dot] com, the 5-10, 170-pound McGuffie has rushed for over 2,000 yards in nine games and has scored 28 touchdowns, but none was more impressive than this leap caught on tape versus the Cypress Creek Cougars. In this game, he rushed for over 370 yards and scored eight touchdowns. And, yes…it is Texas High School 5A football, so they are probably better than the best team in your state.
